Salon etiquette

It is important for me to provide the highest quality of service to my Guests, so it is essential that I communicate the salon etiquette, and have everybody adhere to it.

1. Booking an appointment

Instagram pages. While working, I am often unable to answer the phone or respond to messages immediately, but I will respond to your enquiry as soon as possible. In case of services requiring a longer time, appointments can be booked by paying a deposit, which is deducted from the total treatment price payable.

2. Delays

Please don’t be late! Each treatment requires a certain predetermined time and Guests arrive for appointments one after the other. So there is no possibility to make up for any delays. If you are late, I can only start your treatment at a later time, which must be paid in advance.

3. Cancellation, rescheduling

Time is value, so if necessary, please reschedule or cancel your booked appointment 48 hours before the service starts. In this case, we will find another suitable appointment free of charge, but please be aware that I may not always be able to reschedule for the following few days/weeks.

In case of cancellations within 48 hours 50% of the service price will be charged, if cancellation is not made,
100% of the price will be payable as no-show charge.

4. Illness

In case of viral herpes infection, fever, weakened, infectious condition, it is necessary to cancel the appointment for the sake of your own health and the health of other Guests. In justified cases, this is an exception to point 3.

5. Accompanying persons

If possible, please arrive unaccompanied. This beauty time is about You.

6. Photos, videos

No pictures, video or audio recordings of any kind are allowed in the salon without my prior permission.

7. Start of service

A Házirend bármely pontjának megszegése esetén kötelességem a szabálytalan viselkedés megszüntetését kérni. Amennyiben ez a kérés nem teljesül, a szabálytalankodó személynek el kell hagynia üzletet, akár a megkezdett szolgáltatás félbeszakításával. A Házirend jelen verziója 2023. január 1. napjától lép életbe. A Házirendet az üzemeltető bármikor egyoldalúan és azonnal módosíthatja.
